Ram not up to speed

I recently just built my first pc and cant get my ram to the proper speed. I have 3600 cosair lpx memory and when I turn on xmp its still 2133 I can get my ram up to 3200 manually but when I go higher my pc wont boot to windows.

my motherboard is a asus rog z490-i and my cpu is a i7 10700 non k. I really know nothing about the bios just so I'm open to any help
