Is this normal?

Hello! So Ive been an Samsung note user since note 8. Ive had all of them since 8, right now I have the note 20 5g plus, but Ive always had these problems. Phone will mute itself randomly when watching videos or listening to music on bt, it will randomly stop using wifi and use data, it will randomly stop recieving mobile data and wont accept or do calls. The later happens atleast once a month, the rest happens atleast once a day/week. All of this has happened to me with all notes Ive had. 

Phone right now is up to date, and I always keep them like that, I do regular restarts, like once every 2 to 3 days, but Ive never had the battery go to 0%. Anything I could do? Im getting tired of this, especially because of all the things I have to do daily.
