Driver related issue perhaps??? Try using DDU and install again. 

 

Does this occur in BIOS?

I DDU every driver update, also right this second it appears to be just the Battlenet app in the screenshot, restarted and it is fine for now.

Probably just a glitch then with the software.

yo my 3080 i think does this as well sometimes i think this could be a driver problem from nvidia's end cuz i only started noticing shit like that
