Hey folks!

So, a friend of mine (as you may have clued into due to the fact that a Titan V's an available part), is looking into building a very particular streaming PC. He streams as a hobby and is primarily looking for a small formfactor PC he can bring along on trips and stream on the go as it were, as his current PC is a full tower. Not really something you can chuck in a bag.

This isn't a use case I face myself as I don't stream and don't bring my desktop along for travelling, so I want to reach out and see what advice I can get as I don't want to have him spending more money than he actually needs to achieve the target. He streams at 1080p60, but that isn't a hard requirement for the portable PC.

So in bulletpoints, the targets of this build:

1. A case that can house the Titan V and the requisite PSU in as small a formfactor as is humanly possible.
2. The case should preferably be able to fit an AIO, to avoid having a heatsink hanging on the socket during transit.
3. A fully modular PSU would be preferable to make sure we don't end up with useless cables hogging space in the case.
4. Every euro below the maximum budget is a bonus.

5. If a laptop can satisfy these requirements within the budget, those recommendations are also welcome.

As a note, this system won't be doing any overclocking.

While there is no brand preference, we're looking to avoid exploding PSU's and such shenanigans here.
