CPU Cooler Height

Hi everybody,

 

I'm rebuilding my system into my old Corsair iCUE 220T RGB, and it has a cooler height limit of 160mm. I am looking at getting a bequiet Dark Rock 4, which has a height of 159.4mm (taken from their website).

 

I am just wondering is this too close to fit as I am not sure if this limit conforms to all motherboards?

It's gonna fit np, there's at least 2-3 mm of overhead between what a case manufactures puts on specs and a cooler manufacturer puts on specs. And while there may exceptions, being 0.6mm under will always fit.

 

Heck the Dark Rock Pro 4 fits and this bigger dual tower is 163mm officially
