My GPU keeps crashing

My GPU (Sapphire Radeon RX580 4gb) causes my pc to crash at all games and even some videos. All the Drivers are up to date, I bought it Second Handed On OfferUp and he tried to use them for mining but he said he was unsuccessful with it and he also said that he tested them beforehand and said they all worked fine, I also tested them and they 'worked' fine. It seems to crash when it gets above 52C, but I'm just thinking of upgrading at this point
