So recently I built a PC with a Ryzen 5 5600G, and it didnt posted to the BIOS.I looked up the problem in google and it said that I needed to update the BIOS. So i tried putting a Gpu in so that it would post and I could update it, but it didnt post either.

And the GPU was a used GTX 1050 from Gigabite

Anyone knows what is the problem?

You will have to update the bios before it will post. You will have to get a 3000 series processor to update this motherboard bios for the 5000g series processor.

You need to use BIOS flashback. Put the BIOS file on a USB using another PC, there should be a button on the back which you should press and it will update

that board does not have a flashback button

In that case a 3000 series is needed like you said.

 

Or a different board which supports flashback.

 

Is there a sticker on the board saying what version it shipped with?

A 3000 series or earlier am4 cpu should work to update your bios. You will have to have the cpu and cooler, memory, and gpu attached to post. after post you can update the bios through ez flash in the bios.

Go through AMD's RMA process, they'll send you a loaner CPU to be able to update the BIOS with. It's a hassle, but you'll get your system up and running.
