has anyone encountered this kind of problem before?

ive been having my cpu for -0.125v for almost 2 years now
i think it happened after i tried re-undervolting my laptop by -0.125v because of unknown reasons why it went back to 0.00v
ps: not sure why the voltage always reset itself back to 0.00v without any crash or whatever

i7-9750H

rtx 2060

16gb ram
