For video card, usually 6600XT are available for around 600USD, So try and get it. They are available new on ebay for 600-650 USD and u can get it used for below 600 USD, So it fits your budget.

6600 XT is faster than 3060, But 3060 have some Nvidia features, Thad 6600XT doesn't have. Actually, For gaming that doesn't make 3060 better. But u can get new 6600XT for 650USD on ebay and used for cheaper, So I would get it.

Week ago Amazon had 6600XT for 600$ but they quickly sold
