Those bumps are integrated standoffs

Rebuild my PC in it's intended rather than temporary case and config.

However I think I may have forgotten motherboard (X570S Aorus Master) stand offs. However neither manual nor the case (Meshify 2) manuals seem to mention those and there were some things that looked like stand offs...

 

Did I screw up?

Current system. Seems like it is. Please don't even try to turn on the PC yet (or even plug it in) as the solder below touching the case might be causing short circuit.

The videos seem to indicate that stand offs are pre-installed in the case.
