Im looking for at least a 30 inch monitor strictly for gaming in the $200-$300 range. 
I’m rocking an intel i7 11700 w/ RTX 3060 16gb (2x8gb 3200mhz) 

Don't plan on using ray tracing. 

Gonna be playing at 1080p medium settings if that helps anything.

Are you looking for a 16:9 aspect ratio or Ultrawide? do you want curved or not curved display?

Cuz you're looking at 32" 1440p monitors, curved or regular.  29" 1080p Ultrawides as well, in both flavors may be possible in that budget too.

Samsung's LC32" monitor is good for the price it's curved, it's 1440p and 144hz and has nice and accessable settings. You need to look for QUXEN version that one has 8bit panel with freesync other version is without it and has 6bit+FRC panel. both have solid contrast. 

 

You can also trying newer panels from samsung. since you will be gaming you don't need more than 16:9 unless you will be doing productivity things then 21:9 aspect would make more sense otherwise stick with 16:9. 

 

You can always go with FHD panel and 240Hz which should be around same price but most of the panel in that res are 27" 

Now if you are playing just FPS going FHD and higher refresh rate might make more sense since you are not playing for quality but responsivnes, but if you are playing mixed genres or open worlds then QHD is the way to go. your hardware will more than support it.
