It seems your best option will be 5600/5700G, Yes, You do need Dedicated GPU, But for that price range, You most likely can't get anything better than iGPU those Ryzen CPUs have 馃槣

And don't buy 1x8GB stick! that's rule for Ryzen CPUs, You'll need dual channel memory.聽
