If you have to undervolt your graphics card to make it stable (not crashing), then - IMO - there's a problem with the card itself on a hardware level. I would RMA.

Maybe just try to undervolt it even futher. How far have you undervolted it currently?

try uninstalling any overclocking software and remove any kind of overclocking and underclocking you may have in the bios - revert to defaults, see if if you get any problems, then take it from there.

how to check if theres any kind of over/under clocking in my bios, but so far the one thing I did was enable xmp only

It's a shitty situation for sure man, I'm sorry.

Does the "TV noise" disappear if you undervolt it further?

XMP only? Intel chip? iGPU?

Is the 5600XT important for a specific program?

🙏

Just to be exact, is it when you apply the undervolt profile, that the noise goes away?

No, its just my gpu I don't mine.

Ah right, no iGPU then.

Well, you can't use your PC without the GPU anyways so yeah RMA'ing would make your PC unusable.

Have you only tweaked the voltage curve or have you also underclocked the memory?

What happens if you reset the Core Clock and then after turning down the Memory Clock? Does the noise go away?

Oh okay, fair enough...

Maybe try to tweak the voltage curve - a proper undervolt. Maybe it will give you a better result than setting a 1600MHz Core Clock.

yeah i dont know the curve editor only has like 3 points to move and also I recently tried updating the driver to 21.9.1 didn't work and tried to msi afterburner an dit worked for a couple of seconds then crashed. Now i just installed the driver directly w/o the software and underclock it in msi again
