3080 underperforming

Alright so look I have a 

ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero AM4 AMD X570 SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard

 

with a AMD RYZEN 9 3900x 

 with a RTX 3080 founders edition. 
 My ram is 3200 MHz I have 4 ram sticks each one having 8gb of ram total of 32gb 

 

evga 1000 watts gold power supply 

 

Samsung evo ssd 1000gb 

 

It has a 3 fan liquid cool with another 3 fans cooling 

 

I really just don’t understand why my pc under performs I feel like my specs are great I shouldn’t be getting 120 FPS in warzone I really shouldn’t my 2080 super was averaging 140 at least I even upgraded my monitor to a 240hz so what can I do to possibly fix this issue?

its got to be the 3900x ik ik but 5000 ryzen or intel beats by far in gaming and some of the fps loss is due to the game being a crap fest and every season or update fps gets worse so you are fine but if you really want the max performance of the 3080 go with 5000 series id say
