Is my gpu dying? :(

Hi guys. Just recently I've been getting these bars in the bottom of my screen, and it will tear. I have had screen tearing, but nit like this. First been doing it with rdr2 months ago, sometimes it won't but mostly will do this, and now gta5, which I never had tearing issues with gta 5 unless vsync is on. I recently did a clean install of windows 10 about 2 weeks ago, before gta5 would be fine, just tried it couple days ago. Here is a video. I would send it here, but my video is 50mb nto 20 like the max is. 

 

I did try setting Nvidia panel global settings to set vsync to adaptive from use 3d global settings and still same issue. Both games ago has vsync in them on, not half, not off. 

 

I really don't have money for a new gpu, and the only other graphics I have is my spare 3400g build with no gpu :(

Hello BakedCandian420, nice name by the way! 

 

This is definitely a strange one, I have had similar things happen before, unfortunately during GPU failure. 

 

Usually though these are part of of the overall problem, do you have any artifacting elsewhere at all? Or Driver crashes? 

 

You have probably already tried it but DDU your drivers and go again, I know you full reinstalled windows, but you 'could' have a corrupted one. 

 

Also what are the temps like ?
