Voicemeeter Problems

Hi, so I recently started using Voicemeeter (I used this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JVysF1-YIU&) and I have a couple questions.

 

1. Do you have to keep Voicemeeter open to listen to audio, as when I closed the app I couldn't hear any audio

2. After reopening it I got this popup error and after usign the check driver installation tool, I got 2 Bad Pin Name errors how do I fix those?
