Extra 4pin CPU required?

First off, I'm not sure if this is the right topic. Mods please move if necessary. 

 

I am upgrading to a Gigabye B550 Aorus Master Mobo, currently I only have 1 8pin Cpu power extension cable. Is the extra 4pin required? I am not overclocking, running a Ryzen 5 3600. 

 

I have a set of Asia Horse White psu extensions, they only offer complete sets. If it's required, any recommendations for a 4pin Cpu White extension that would match my current set? 

 

I found this set on Amazon, just not sure the brands colors will match.

Nope. The extra 4pin is really only necessary when doing extreme overclocking, otherwise a single 8 pin can provide upwards of 350w if memory serves me correct. A 3600 even overclocked will not pull that much unless under extreme cooling techniques.
