3800xt, 3080, with 16gb of 3600mhz ram, I end up getting about 50% gpu usage and 20 to 30% cpu usage in gta, in warzone i get about 50 to 60% cpu usage and 60 to 80% gpu usage and I don't know why i have done probably the bare minimum to figure it out because I don't know how to figure it out. i have set power management to performance and texture quality filtering to performance and made sure my drivers were up to date.

Is Vsync turned on? What FPS are you getting in games?

You are probably CPU-Thread bound in GTA5 - Older Games do not use all your resources, they work the way they were coded at the time for the likely hardware at the time.

 

Warzone at what settings? If you went for All LOW to skyrocket frames, your bound by something outside of your GPU.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
