Recover data from phone (SCreen doesn't work.) (LG G4)

My phone's (LG G4) screen doesn't work. I want to recover the data from it but USB debugging is not enabled so I can't use some software and I have to grant permission using touchscreen to get the data otherwise. So is there any other way to recover data?

Some phones support a USB hub type C, then you connect a keyboard, mouse and external display.

 

I have never tried it, but you can find out easily using your favorite web search.
