Help on Office/Future PC Build?

I need a new PC as my brother keeps taking it from me, and I want new working quarters anyway. My budget is around $700 - $770, and Id rather get all the parts I need from my local Cambridge Micro Center, anyone have any tips?

This is a current build I have in mind. Yes I know the Noctua cooler is expensive but I like it and rather keep it in the list.
