Nvidia Control Panel Error and Microsoft Store Error

I just got my gamerock palit 3070 ti oc. Upgraded from rx590 nitro+. But everytime i try to open nvidia control panel i get this error. I can open it manually by the path it shows. But i cant open it via desktop.

Also anyone know how to fix this error in microsoft store? Sorry that it's in swedish..
