Asking for opinions

Budget (including currency): £800

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: FiveM, School stuff and heavy games in general

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Case:NZXT H510 - Compact ATX Mid-Tower PC Gaming Case

CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X

MB:Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II

RAM:Corsair CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2X8GB)

Cooling:Corsair Hydro H100 x 240mm Radiator Dual 120mm

PSU:Corsair TX-M Series 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold Certified PSU

HDD1:Samsung SSD Evo 500GB

HDD2:Seagate BarraCuda 1TB Internal Hard Drive HDD

This PC was tasked to me to source the parts in order for my friend to order them. I haven't picked a GPU since the prices are high af and if he doesn't end up finding one, I will have to change the CPU to one with on-board graphics. The budget is excluding the GPU price. Please tell me your opinions and if you spot anything odd please point it out!

-Case is trash. Bad value and horrible airflow.
-CPU choice makes little sense, the 5800x isn’t much more and performs significantly better, same w the 5600x, except it’s cheaper.

-AIO makes little sense. Overpriced and unnecessary.

-Motherboard is really mediocre VRM wise.

Thanks for the help. But there is a little problem. He needs it in at least 1-2 weeks time. Some parts you have listed are out of stock
