6800XT reference back-plate temperature

How hot does the back plate get?

My GPU sits around 65C (under 80C) hotspot while gaming, but the back plate is very hot, like I can touch it for 2seconds but it burns (quesing around 60-65C)

Due to my fan layout there is not that much airflow around the back-plate even though GPU fans have more than enough cool from.

Is it a problem? Is it too hot?
