@Skiiwee29 Thank you, I tried reseating the RAM and different configs, same issue arose. Then I tried removing the BIOS OC the computer booted no problem with everything on AUTO. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

sounds like possibly to low a voltage. Running that much ram could be the problem. I would try and bump your SOC voltage up a bit from Auto to like 1.15v.

This problem started about 1 week into using the system. My brand new system fails to boot after leaving it off overnight. If I do a normal restart or turn it back on soon after shutdown it boots no problem.

I currently boot in by power cycling 3 times and getting to the error menu attached inn the image of this post.

Note: On first boot in the morning I get a BIOS splash screen, but I cannot enter the BIOS at this point and after the splash screen disappears I get no video signal, thill I do the above mentioned power cycle.

BIOS Settings:

XMP profile for the RAM

CPU OC 4.7GHZ @1.298V (stress tested no crashes)

fTPM 2.0 activated

SVM Activated (Virtualisation)

LAN PXE ROM Boot option ROM activated

PC specs:

Motherboard: B550 Aorus ELITE AX V2

CPU: R7 5800x

GPU: Gigabyte Gaming 3080Ti

RAM:  4x 16GB Team group Delta R @3200MHZ (XMP)

Storage: 2x 8TB Seagate Ironwolf, 1x 256GB Gigabyte NVMe boot drive, 1x 256GB Samsung SATA SSD

CPU Cooler: iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler

Case fans: 3x Cooler Master MF120

PSU: Corsair RM 850w

The fans are connected to to the corsair fan hub, and the RGB header is connected to the motherboard directly.

There is a Windows 10 and Ubuntu install on the SATA SSD, but the boot order is correctly set in the BIOS to the NVMe Drive

Try removing 2 sticks of RAM and see what happens if you boot with just 2x16gb instead of 4x.

@Skiiwee29 Sorry I failed to mention, I removed the CPU OC, the RAM runs the XMP profile just fine.

The CPU OC ran fine after I boot into windows and ran furmark for a day, I also did some compression and decompression work loads and gaming work loads on those specific CPU OC settings. RAM is running @1.35V

SOC voltage is separate from CPU Voltage. SOC Voltage controls the voltages for your IMC, or Memory Controller. You should look at just enabling PBO2 and adjusting your EDC values to get it dialed in. Manual OCing Ryzen Chips is generally not advised.

@Skiiwee29 Thanks, I will look into PBO2. This is my first AMD system, switched over from a 4790k, back then I just dialed in the VCore and clock multiplier.

Yep, that use to be the case even with Ryzen 1000 and 2000, but 3000 and 5000 actually almost always perform better with PBO compared manual. Biggest thing that hurts with manual vs PBO is single core boost. My 5900x boosts over 5ghz single core and 4.6-4.625 on PBO all core.
