Building a NAS from old pc hardware.

I need help finding either a Micro ATX or Mini ITX motherboard compatible with my i5 7400 or a cpu compatible with my H370M DS3H.

I forgot I had upgraded my cpu and mobo together and thought the Micro ATX board I had was compatible with my i5 7400 so I went and bought the SAMA IMO1 to build a DIY NAS. Now I have all the necessary components to build a NAS except my cpu and mobo are incompatible.  Are there any work arounds to get an i5 7400 working on a 300 series 1151 board like my gigabyte H370M DS3H?

I would rather not spend a few hundred dollars on a 8th or 9th gen CPU because of the tech shortages and surge prices, but I'm having a rather hard time finding 100 or 200 series micro ATX or mini ITX mobo with 4 sata connectors.

I mean, I have a board that would work for you, but im kindof using it...

What would be the best bet for you is getting a cheep athlon 3000g or 2200ge and a cheep b450 like the b450 ds3h, but thats just me.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)
