B&H stock notification problem

So I signed up for B&H restock notifications and they are supposed to email me about my spot in line every two weeks and they just haven’t. Has anyone else had this problem?

A desk that has a hatch that opens in the middle of it and then goes down flush with the desk.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you get a "spot in line" with said service. Rather, it just tells you if/when they are back in stock, and then the scalpers and bots buy them all.

Sorry I wasn't clear Its not a spot in line but its supposed to say generally something even just a reminder that you are in line.

For what it's worth, the very few times I've used B&H stock alerts, I never got an email. But it was also usually for some oddball item that I just assumed never actually came back in stock.
