PSU for NAS

I am looking to build a nas/plex server, using my current 2700 (I will upgrade to the 5800X) and 5 HDD. The budget for the psu would be 60-70 euros/$ , I think that a 500W one should be more than enough. What do you recomend?

Use what you got.  It’s just a NAS. Thing doesn’t have a big GPU so there won’t be much in the way of power draw. 500w seems like overkill but if it’s what you have it will work.

I have nothing, I have to buy new. Even a 350-400W would be ok. The ryzen 2700 can use a max of 90-100W and the HDD's will be like 80W max? so total system consumption would be 200W if the cpu is pegged transcoding
