mouse freeze when open some programs.

yes , it include chrome and edge.

First it appear when i play full screen games. i  found that my mouse is not responding and thought is my mouse issue, i re-plug into another port and same issue happened. after a few reboot of windows, i notice that when my mouse is freeze (can't move can't click anything) i just need to force close the games with alt+f4 and my mouse is back.

Few minutes ago it happened on my Chrome and edge too! I still not sure what's causing  the mouse not working but definitely not hardware issue as it come back after i close the programs .before i start this topic , i done a sfc scannow command and my system is fine.

I found  if i just open chrome or edge , the freezing won't happen, it happen on some specific website like linustechtips main forum page(i use history back to other topic and it doesn't affect the mouse, but it freeze when i back to main page)

i just record a video using my phone and you can see what's going on,

Please let me know how i can troubleshoot and proceed to fix it.

i did disable all extensions, and it seems still the same issue. And i use another chrome profiles to browse the website , it seems ok. So i clear all data in chrome, back to main forum page and is working great!! Smooth as butter.

WAIT... let me login first.

after login , freezing come back again!!!!WTF, and i know this is not about extensions , browsing data, or my mouse issue!!! and i need help.

second edit.

it happen when i viewing youtube video too. but it won't freeze on main page. after i pause the playback and mouse will alive later.

When i come back to edit this using edge, it will freeze about 10++ seconds.
