RTX 2060 OC fan problem

Hello,

I've build a pc a few days ago and everything was working fine but today the left fan of my NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060 OC stopped spinning, also my dashboard is showing 0 RPM and the GPU is getting really high temperatures. The right fan is spinning fine but its not showing up. I tried MSI Afterburner and that doesnt seem to help. Also all cables are plugged in correctly.

 

Please help.

One fan not spinning usually means a busted fan because the two are linked generally. I don’t know about this not showing up thing though.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
