Solved: it was the classic gen 3 riser issue. I thought I had already set it to force gen 3 in the bios. I was wrong

Hi, so today I installed my first custom loop into my PC.

I just tried to boot it and the fans spin as normal but there is no output to the display and the "VGA" light is on on the motherboard.

The only think I can think that it could be is the GPU riser cable as this is the first time it has been used.

Any other ideas are welcome and any help appreciated 馃槉

Also sorry the video isn't great I was struggling with the max upload size. Essentially the lights go DRAM (orange), CPU (red), then VGA (white). It sort of double booted when I recorded it which it does sometimes but it gets stuck on the white light regardless.
