Portable pc screen

Good morning all

 I'm new here. I'm Polish and last 16 years living in UK. I want to build desktop pc for editing videos but I want freedom of moving with screen whether I want. I how about remote access for Windows but it will work with some sort tablet? Will it be enough fast for smooth video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro?

Any suggestions?

LTT made a video on this a while back. Not sure what hardware they used but this pretty much fits your use case 😄
