What is this gpu?

I found this pc for sale on craigslist for about $100 and all I've found is that the case is a COOLERMASTER TC-102 with a 500w power supply and that the motherboard is some kind of GA-F2A68HM variant.

What is this GPU?

The image is to low of a resolution for me to get any idea of what it is besides the power connector socket of the GPU which seems to be an 8 pin.

If the seller didn't list the GPU info in the add, it probably isn't included in the sale.

Yeah, far too low res for me either. It looks like either an asus phoenix OC or an MSI single fan model. Ask the seller.
