pc screen gets pixelated and blurry

not sure what to call this but I can’t find a fix anywhere. started happening after updating graphics driver to download and play flight simulator. tried reverting back to old graphics driver but didn’t help. tried swapping out monitors as well.  difficult to troubleshoot because it doesn’t look like this until about 30 minutes after booting. sometimes it’s really bad to the point you can’t see screen at all and sometimes it’s just an annoying look. I use my pc for everything at school so i’m kinda lost without it 😞
