Sounds like its just pumping air. Hold the radiator up above it so the water is forced to flow down to it, does the sound change?

yes, the sound disappeared when i held it high above the chassi, but no matter how i adjust it inside the chassi, the sound comes back.

That's not good, you might want to consider returning that AIO if its brand new or just replacing it entirely with something more tried and true. Arctic and EK come to mind. Is it brand new or did this issue just develop over time? Given that you can make the noise disappear, it's almost like its low on liquid to the point where it can't get a constant supply to the pump.

I contacted the dealer and they will send me a new one for free.

It is brand new and the sound appeared after 1 month.

Case is corsair 4000D airflow midi tower. I've tried mounted it at the top and in the front. Tried rotating it, etc. Still the same noise. But the dealer will send me a new one that will arrive later this week. Hope it works a little longer than a month :D
