Low gpu usage

So i have a hp pavilion 15 gaming laptop, it has a ryzen 5 5600h, a gtx 1650 , 8 gigabytes of ram and a 512 nvme ssd, and every game i play besides league of legends has issues. The gpu usage drops up to two minutes and then runs fine and this is repeated for as long as I play the game. Games i play are league of legends, csgo, call of duty warzone and black ops cold war, im planning on getting nfs heat and other games but I don’t due to this issue
