I found it, it's the MSI Z490-a Pro. And yes, that bottom right header (JFP1) is the front panel IO, and it doesn't have anything plugged in. Page 4 of the manual shows you how to plug in the connectors.

Hai, I am pretty new at this whole pc building thing, but my PC wont boot at all. no power or led nothing, I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am guessing I am not plugging something in right, but I am just stumped. I have an NVME why there is no HDD or SSD cables. I made sure my power cable switch was not off. I have a i7 10700k with a z490 motherboard, with a 1050TI Budget build, cant really afford the the best graphics right now and I got this at a good price. I mostly play league.

Are you sure the front panel connects are plugged in correctly? I can't tell what specific motherboard that is, but on both of my last two boards (Z390 and B550) the front panel power plugged into the bottom right header.

 

What motherboard is it?

But yeah.. I had some issues with the power button I believe.. so then I just shortened the green wire that is located on the one of power supply wires that's green (should be just one) with one that's black.
I forgot what happened afterwards.. but I remember it definitely booting

I cannot quote people with the built-in function because I almost never enable JavaScript on websites. You won't get notified if I reply to you, sadly :/

oMG i AM SO stupid it worked thanks.. I just youtubed everything and It just slipped my mind thank you so much. I am going to try it. I feel dumb.

No worries, everyone makes mistakes. My last build, I didn't fully seat the M.2, and I was losing my mind trying to figure out why it was sometimes booting and sometimes failing to post.
