DIMM Socket Support 2/4 vs 2

I want to get new RAM and I am looking at getting 4 8 GB sticks of VENGEANCE® RGB PRO (sku is CMW32GX4M4K4000C19) But my motherboard says that it only has a DIMM Socket support of 2 for that RAM, Would it still be ok to put 4 8 gigabyte sticks into the computer?

How can you put 4 sticks in a motherboard that only has two slots?
