I bought a new video card which is an RTX 2060 to replace my GTX 1650. The problem is when I first opened my PC after installing the GPU, I had screen artifacts in both start-up and Windows screen, I figured it might had something to do with my HDD and so I reformatted every drive I have. Afterwards the screen artifacts disappeared in Windoes but I still have screen artifacts in start-up and BIOS setup, my screen resolution is stuck at 800x600, I tried installing GeForce Drivers but it doesn't work, I click Express Installation but after "Installation Complete" nothing changes, it's still there rather than showing up-to-date. I can't click anything om GeForce Experience other than installing drivers but it doesn't do anything. I tried to install manually but to no avail. I tried a different video card and everything went well, good resolution, no screen artifacts at BIOS setup, windows, start-up, no problem at all. Brand of my RTX 2060 is Colorful. Device Manager detects my RTX 2060 but it has this exclamation point on a yellow triangle sign. I want to try to use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) but I can't go to safemode since I don't know what hotkey it is and BIOS setup has a ton of screen artifacts that I can't see anything. Thanks in advance.

Google can help you find the process to enter safe mode, it's pretty easy

But I think this card is dead unfortunately

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?
