Dual monitor arm for 2 different size monitors

andrew.wickes

Okay, so, I have a new monitor on the way. 32" LG. Was on a great sale at Walmart believe it or not. I already have a 24" HP monitor that I want to keep and run a dual screen setup. I am also working on building a new desk so completely starting from scratch here.

Anyway, I'd like to get a monitor arm to mount these from and not eat up desk space for the stands. However, all the arms I've seen are kinda meant for dual monitors that are the same size. Does anyone know of a decent arm designed for 2 different size monitors are would it just be easier to get to separate arms and mount them next to each other?

Any dual monitor arm with two independent gas assisted arms can handle different sized displays with no problem. I've never encountered one that was "designed" for the same size displays as that doesn't really make any sense, the arms are independent.
