Microphone shock

Hiya, I have a tonor microphone going into the mobo audio (mic in) and if I touch it when my feet are on the ground, I get a small shock, but when my feet are up on something like my subwoofer, I do not get the small shock. There is constant static flowing through if I touch the microphone as I can feel the connection of it. This is only if my feet are on the ground. Could I get any help with this please? thanks.
