My budget is kinda flexible . In cad

I will use it for some heavy CPU and GPU task /Gaming/Editing/Blender

Just depends how serious you are about blender and whether your scenes are doable at 10gb VRAM, which is to be fair a lot of VRAM, however it is a potential concern, me not knowing your specific needs.

That PSU will probably explode, watch Gamers Nexus. I recommend a Corsair RMx or Straight Power 11. If you can find 3600mhz RAM that can help your CPU heavy tasks quite a bit.
