Keep everything central or split it up?

Hey guys, I've recently got myself a few TP-Link Tapo smart bulbs, smart plugs and a single smart camera as I'm slowly upgrading my house with tech, as im sure all of you will appreciate.

I am currently using a Virgin Media Hub 3.0 (Eww I know, but it's doing the job so far so good 😅) and it's currently got my PS4, my lounge PC, my main PC all hooked up via Ethernet. then we have a few phones and a laptop attached via wifi,

Would you guys recommend hooking them all up to the same router or would it be better for me to use a seperate router thats dedicated purely for smart home items?

Thanks in Advance!
