HELP!!!

Pc wont boot after lian li 360 rad install, everything is ughed in correctly and turns on but no boot. I have made sure that its properly seated and everything. Help, please.

Power Supply 600 Watt EVGA

RAM - 16 gb gddr4 G.Skill Trident Z RGB

GPU - MSI Geforce GTX 1650 Low Profile 4gb

Hard to tell, but it seems like you don't have the screws securing the GPU into the rear PCIE brackets and it looks like the AIO tubes may be pushing downward on it and could be causing a bad connection in the slot. I would suggest taking that screw thats in the top PCIE slot cover and placing it in the bottom of the 2 brackets to secure your GPU into place after reslotting it into the PCIE slot and testing.

oops didn't mean to solve,  but yes it booted once when i installed it,  but turned it off to put back panel back on and hasn't booted since

Did you turn the Power Supply back on since you mentioned turning it off in the back panel? If its on, the Line side will be depressed. If the PSU is off, the O side will be depressed.

So it turns on but doesn't post?  What exactly happens when you turn it on?

power supply is on, all the lights on everything turns on but no output to monitor, graphics card does work, twied on outdated system but does work so gpu is not issue

nothing no output, just all the leds turn on but no post

when you removed the old cooler, did the CPU come out of socket with the cooler?

Alright, so next steps then is to remove your RAM and try a single RAM stick in each slot.

So a reseat of the Ram fixed it?

So both sticks work individually in all 4 slots? If so, remove the cooler and pull the CPU out and inspect it for damage or any bent pins that may have happened. 

 

Edit: Also, it could be a mounting pressure issue as well. I am not sure if there is a bottom out zone on those retention clips since it uses the stock clips with the AMD bracket instead of proprietary ones.

only works in a1 and a2, b1 and b2 do not work, it turns on but no boot, only boots in in A slots

I did edit my previous post you quoted, so not sure if you saw, but here is other options:

will try fixing that
