HELP! New SSD and S.M.A.R.T reports an Error ?

I just bought a brand new NVME SSD. Not so long after installing an OS, i got an error while playing with apt package manager. It says:

Quote

E:Read error - read (5: Input/output error)
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
E: The package cache file is corrupted

I quickly ran smartctl tools to check my drive and here's the report:

spccA60.txt

Can't believe that it happens to me. Should i return the product? i'm no expert in this field, just wanna make sure. I appreciate if someone can give a brief explanation. Thanks!
