Need help with choosing RAM

I'm looking at the EliteMini HX90 and want best SODIMM 2x32GB 3200 RAM kit available, unfortunately, I'm quite a novice when is comes to RAM, I believe that lower numbers are better when it comes to timings and that duel rank is better then single and that Ryzen likes more HMz (or MT/s, what ever they are), I think that the Crucial Ballistix kit is the best, looking at the numbers, but need someone who know more about RAM and Ryzen to tell me if I'm right.

There are other SODIMM 2x32GB 3200 kits, from Mushkin, TeamGroup and G.Skill, but their all the same 22-22-22-52 timings.
