Black Screen Crashes

My pc is constantly crashing whenever I play certain games for month now. Some work with no issues while others are unplayable. My monitor will go black and the only way to get my pc back is to force a reset. (hold the power button)

Anyone now a fix?

My graphics card is a r9 290
