Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CSGO, Valorant, Minecraft, Apex Legends. 1080p 60Hz gaming. 

Other details: These are some parts I've put together. I know its not perfect, but I was just hoping to find out what am I overspending/underspending on, what parts could be replaced by better ones at a similar price point (please be specific), what parts don't work with each other.

That PSU seems dodgy, though I'm not a pro on them. It cant deliver near full power (say, 99%+) on the 12V rail which indicates a quite old design.

 

To spend even less you can look for used CPU and RAM. CPUs are more reliable than most components so the chance of finding a broken one is low. Same for RAM, it's hard to break one due to simple construction. Cases can be bought used, but you have to look carefully on cleanliness, scratches and if it's really old, rust. I dont recommend others since motherboards, SSDs, PSUs and graphics cards wear down much faster over time.
