need help w.app

well my w.app got hack and now this hacker is using my account to send threat, porn spam etc to my families and friends.. i got in a lot of trouble... i cant get back the acc because i didnt put two step verification but the hacker did it and he put his own email..  now when i try to enter my account it wouldnt let me cause it required a pin which the hacker put, im lost help me.. he's ruining my life. help me please whatsapp reply me, they told me they dont have any agents to help me... Now all i can do is to watch that creep used my account as he like. I have some really important messages in that private ones... Can someone help me. I paid anyone who can give me information on that bastard who hack it.

whatsapp will take more than 3 days to even reply.. my personal information, my works contacts is in that.. that f***** spam text every one even my small cousin at night.. i got in some much trouble.. im even willing to pay someone that can even atleast get the email that the hacker used or location i want to know who he\she is... i want to know who's trying to ruin my life.

Im just lost.. I dont know what to do.

I just want to find out who did it because if its someone from my family i going to scold the hell out of them, i asked them they told me that they didnt do it and if its someone i dont know im going to report them to the police, i already gone to the police they told me rhat they cant do anything, well im from mauritius the police isnt that good on thing like that from here.
