RAM: Samsung 1333mhz 16gb (2x8gb) ($54)

Mobo: Asus P8Z77-m pro ($52)

Case: Simbadda Sim-V 4035 ($10)

CPU cooler: HS115 (unknown brand) ($11)

PSU: Andyson PL-500w ($19)

Case fans: 

                 x2 Zalman 120mm fan ($2)

                 x1 unknown brand 80mm fan ($1)

Thermal paste: Arctic MX4 ($3)

 

Some of these are used and have a discount on them. After a few months of just looking around, I concluded to these. If anyone has suggestions please tell me! Thank you.

Though id suggest getting an optiplex 380 or 780, upgrade the cpu to a q6600 and bsel mod, add a 4gb ddr3 ram stick for 6 or 8gb, swap the psu for something better but you may need to mod the case, maybe something like voltron gold or those digital alliance or zalman psus that are also pretty cheap, buy a sata to 8 pin pcie adapter and get a gpu like rx 470 4gb or gtx 660
