new to overclocking.

is the MSI N560GTX TI Twin FROZR II OC is it pre oc and dose it have more room to oc and what would be a nice long term/cool oc. and i also have a 560 se and would that be better to oc/would i get better oc. i also have use that card for 9 years and the 560 ti is like 4 years old just looking for ideas. and I am running my CPU at 4GHz already...co would it ware out the cpu any more

The gts 560 already overclocked for sure would still have more room for oc but not that much as it would be with the none overclocked one from the box have the gpu stay under 80C because that is the temp where it hits the thermal throtling, overclocking gives a 9 or lower fps difference from the gpu and what cpu do you have and yes it would ware it faster but a tiny bit depends on temps and etc.
